Panchayat elections · sarpanch and ward panch
The whole panchayat election team, in one app
The panchayat's official voter list on every worker's phone — search, families, numbers, symbol slips on WhatsApp, and polling day. Hindi first, works offline.
The sample app uses made-up voters — open it without a code.

Key facts
- Who it's for: candidates for sarpanch and ward panch in gram panchayat elections, and their ward workers. Currently running on Rajasthan Panchayati Raj 2026 rolls.
- Voter list: from the State Election Commission's published ward rolls, checked against the commission's totals.
- Slips: picture slips (one voter, or a family of up to six) and text/SMS slips, sent from the worker's own WhatsApp; the official symbol appears once the candidate confirms the allotted symbol in the app.
- Polling day: remaining voters with supporters first, a fast serial keypad for the polling agent's list, and turnout by ward, booth and hour.
- Team: the candidate and managers add or remove workers; each worker sees only their wards; a 4-digit app PIN; lost phones get a new code.
- Privacy: each team's data is isolated; we never sell or supply voter phone numbers; messages go from the worker's own WhatsApp, never from our servers; recorded data is deleted within 30 days after the team's work ends.
- Platforms: Android and the web (https://app.boothmanager.in). Works without network once the list is on the phone. Not a government app; not connected with other apps of a similar name.
